In most of our managed properties, we issue an Assured Short Term Tenancy, which gives the Landlord the right to repossess the property, should circumstances require, after the first 6 months of a tenancy has expired. We provide prospective Landlords with a written service level agreement for managing their property. This details the services that we provide and the cost of these services.
