Continuing Partnership

During the term and at the end of the tenancy, we would be happy to act on your behalf and arrange the following :

  • Rent collection and monthly payment subject to any deductions.
  • Provide a monthly statement of account.
  • Visit the property and liaise with Tenant.
  • Carry out any routine maintenance.
  • Deal with any issues affecting the property including any mutual repairs.
  • Free negotiation on behalf of a Landlord of any Insurance claims.
  • Source replacemant Tenants and check condition of property at check out.

These lists are not exhaustive but provide guidance as to what is required during and after a Tenancy. A full, comprehensive guide is available from us to reflect all of the work that would be carried out. We offer a full management package or a reduced package if you prefer to maintain some level of involvement in your property.
