During the term and at the end of the tenancy, we would be happy to act on your behalf and arrange the following :

Rent collection and monthly payment subject to any deductions.
Provide a monthly statement of account.
Visit the property and liaise with Tenant.
Carry out any routine maintenance.
Deal with any issues affecting the property including any mutual repairs.
Free negotiation on behalf of a Landlord of any Insurance claims.
Source replacemant Tenants and check condition of property at check out.
