We provide property management and maintenace services operating throughout Edinburgh, the Lothians and the Borders. Our business is operated from our Head Office in Penicuik, Midlothian, where our experienced Property Care Managers can assist with all aspects of property letting, management and maintenance. We also have a satellite office in Edinburgh. We believe in getting things right first time.

We manage a portfolio of properties ranging from a two car Mews garage with a monthly rent of £200 up to a six bedroom family home with a monthly rent of £5000 and a mixed variety of properties in between including HMOs. We know ALL of our Landlords and ALL of our tenants and are able to offer a bespoke personal service. All queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently by our hands on experienced staff.

We regularly attend Seminars and Industry relevant training events to keep abreast of the ever changing Legislation. The majority of our business comes from word of mouth recommendations both from Landlords and Tenants.

We offer a dedicated property repair and refurbishment service geared towards getting your property looking its best. Our Senior Surveyor and Property Care Manager, Mike Buxton, was previously a Loss Adjuster and Training Officer for a major Insurer and whatever the condition of your property, he will have come across a similar situation before. We offer FREE advice and consultations in respect of Insurance claims.
