Arniston Improvement Trust Complaints Policy
The Arniston Improvement Trust is run by a small number of community minded individuals who work in a voluntary capacity. In the unfortunate event that a complaint is to be brought forward we have the following procedure in place.
If you are not happy an aspect of the Trust’s work please let us know in writing either by email to secretary@arnistontrust.org.uk or by letter to Arniston Improvement Trust, 49 Powdermill Brae, Gorebridge, Midlothian, EH23 4HX.
We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 10 days. We hope we will be able to resolve the issue quickly but for more complicated complaints we will respond within 3 weeks setting out how the problem will be dealt with.
If after we responded you are not satisfied we will refer you to Scottish Charities Regulator OSCR.
